Speaking of which, I am trying to create a fake Facebook news feed - or, as my cod-Latin Facebook setting would have it, historia nuntiorum - detailing the events of the Bayeux Tapestry. A sample (CAUTION, NORMAN CONQUEST SPOILERS! ):

dA is starting to annoy me, what with its semi-fascism everywhere. (Actually, ich liebe die fascism. But shoot oop.) Not that I'll be doing anything about it, because I seem to have developed some kind of mental disorder where if I'm unable to stare at a computer screen bedecked with various shades of green and pwetty artses at least thrice a week, or once a day in the holidays, I'll go insane. And I've got this nice little icon on the top right of my profile, which, if one hovers over it, says 'wears a tinfoil hat'. Worship it. And I DO wear a tinfoil hat *glare*.

Ongoing this 'n' that: SR, general artseses, writing down silly things, Norman-Conquest-Facebook.

And the fact that people who just don't draw well at all have over 9000 watchers. We've discussed this before, so I'll shut up. Bleh.

In real life, I've gone to Wells. To SING. In the CATHEDRAL. [Latin face] And we got to wear choir clothes, which was a new experience.

And, and, and we went right up to the top-top-top of the tower and walked on the roff. And … yeah. YES IT'S PLZ TIEMS. And it was MADE OF LEAD! But nobody licked it.
And school. Going back to school, in a week … COME CLOSER, I WANT TO TOUCH YOU. *pant* And, I have a ring binder (of the smaller sort) for each subject -

French = coloured concentric circles, kind of offset
Maths = white circles on blue background
Music = black leaves et silver birdies on pink background; kind of like this, but more of it, and with the colours all swapped over: [link]

And … did I say write them in order of ascending lesson-bestness? That's right, French lessons probably won't be amazing because it's a biggish class and the teachers are kind of weird. But the language is fait de win. Especially LE PETIT NICOLAS!
And I got my GCSE results today, and I got an A in English Literature and A* in everything else! So that is rather good. And Super-Special-Genius-Child got an A in E.L. too, so … hmm. But yes. :joy: I do love chips school (the chips thing is an in-joke ).
Talking of in-jokes, I have so far filled 34 pages of an A5 notebook with them. Not counting last year's homework diary! (P.S.N.B.: that was another one.)

Continuing with the filling-pages theme, this particular venture has now taken up nearly five and a half of them (A6, lined). I wonder how much space it'll fill onscreen: if you have a massive resolution, and I mean really massive, perhaps it'll be the size of a postage stamp, and extremely difficult to read. i.e., get an older computer, your high-tech-ness scares me. Well, I shall stop scribbling now, in order to release my orange pen (and later, my keyboard) from such torture.
